Interim Service Delivery Lead

Your working area and responsibilities:

• Should be familiar with web services and have the basic technological skills necessary to facilitate DNS configuration management in order to migrate, host, and support live websites.
• Digital technologies and tools, Mobile application (iOS and Android), Mobile enterprise, Mobile application signing.
• DNS management and configuration, troubleshooting and resolving DNS for new and existing websites, including subdomains, and redirects.
• Familiarity with signing processes, distribution certificates, and overall mobile application management within Apple and Play stores to facilitate mobile app deployments/updates.
• Monitor alerts for WAF service and escalate as needed. Configure web sites to route through Imperva firewall service (DNS).

Qualifications and whom we are looking for:

• Additional skills needed would be familiarity with Google's suite of analytics, re-captcha, and tagging tools, as well as assistance in configuration management of API integrations to various social media services; working experience with ServiceNow is a big plus.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to start in mid-January and will last for six months. We present candidates on an ongoing basis.
