Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior HR Business Partner to a manufacturing company. A company with a good reputation in the market as a reliable and qualified supplier. The company has approximately 200 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 400 million.

Main responsibilities and duties:
- Project management of HR transformation
- Employee appraisals and support for managers
- Work with rehabilitation and occupational health and safety issues
- Reorganization & restructuring
- Swedish labor law & union negotiations
- Assist with recruitment
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Driven project and change manager
- Enjoys working both operationally and strategically
- Experience in industry and manufacturing
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish & good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Relevant academic education in HR or similar
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for approximately 6 months, with good opportunities for permanent employment after the assignment ends. The assignment is expected to start immediately, with a scope of 100 % on site, with the possibility of remote work one day a week. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will be held in the coming days. The deadline for applications is October 19, 2023.
