Interim Senior Business Controller

Main duties:

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, as well as analyzing deviations and proposing improvement measures.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for projects, production, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate budget and forecasting processes in close collaboration with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, identify and manage risks, and develop policies and procedures for financial management.
• Develop calculation and pricing models, support quotation work, and ensure that cost calculations are up to date.
• Work closely with the management team. Reports to the CFO.

To be eligible for the role:

• Academic education in economics or equivalent. 
• 7–10 years of experience in financial management, with experience in manufacturing operations being an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience working with business or ERP systems.
• Solid experience of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting at a strategic level.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 6 months, starting immediately. We will present candidates at the beginning of week 38, and interviews with the client company will be held at that time.
