Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Sales Manager to a company in the consulting industry.

 

Main duties:

  • Responsible for profitability, budget, and financial follow-up
  • Lead and build strong teams to create commitment, performance, and long-term capacity
  • Contribute to continued growth and change efforts to increase efficiency, scalability, and customer value
  • Structure and streamline the sales process, and ensure that the right information is shared with relevant key personnel

 

To be eligible for the role:

  • Experienced Sales Manager with extensive experience in leading business areas with full profit responsibility
  • Background in the consulting brokerage industry/staffing, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills and experience of leading across multiple levels
  • Ability to drive change, scale up operations, and introduce new business models or offerings
  • Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing

 

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last for six months, with a good chance of direct employment with the client after completion of the assignment.
