Interim Risk Manager, Team Leader

We are looking for an Interim Risk Manager, Team Leader, with expertise in investor risks related to fund and asset management. You will lead the first-line risk function and support fund managers, and you will act as team leader for a larger team.

Main duties:

• Support the organization with expertise in risk issues.
• Support the organization with risk and performance analysis.
• Provide analysis and strategic support to fund managers.
• Continuously improve the organization's processes.
• Work closely with various departments such as administration, risk control, compliance, and legal.

To be eligible for the role:

• Solid experience in risk management.
• You are analytical and have experience in quantitative methods.
• You have solid industry experience in asset management.
• You are a confident leader with experience leading a high-performing team.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You have a degree in economics or engineering, preferably in finance or mathematics.

About the process:

The assignment is part-time, approximately 3 days a week, and is expected to last for 6 months, starting in October.
