Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Regional Manager to a fast-growing group owned by venture capital with offices in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving the region's overall performance by ensuring the efficiency and delivery of the company's services. You will hold a business-critical position in the management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- P&L responsibility.
- Handful of directly reporting Area Managers.
- Drive improvement and efficiency projects.
- Business-critical role in management team.
- Business travel may be required.
To be eligible for the role:
- You must have several years of experience in one of the following industries: installation, construction, facility management, or renewable energy.
- Experience from a similar position through recent assignments/employment in a fast-growing company.
- Experience with P&L.
- Experience in leading leaders and the ability to drive teams to success.
- Experience of occupational health and safety.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
