Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Accounting Manager for a small company in the logistics industry based in Gästrikland. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million and around 10 employees. You will report directly to the CFO.
Main duties:
- Responsible for ongoing accounting, including supplier invoices, customer invoices, and reconciliations.
- Monthly reconciliations and reporting to management.
- Participated in the preparation of annual reports and tax returns.
- Manage payroll and related administration.
- Responsible for ensuring that the company's accounting complies with applicable laws and regulations.
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant education in economics/accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in independent accounting work, preferably from smaller companies or accounting firms.
- Good knowledge of accounting systems.
- Ability to work accurately, in a structured manner, and with patience.
- Ability to independently analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
About the process:
