Interim Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the Group's accounting, which covers a number of companies, and for driving the department forward in a fast-paced and changing environment. The role also includes transactions relating to the acquisition and sale of companies.

Responsibilities as interim Accounting Manager:

• Overall responsibility for accounting in legal entities and for consolidated accounts.
• Work management of work processes and personnel responsibility for six employees.
• Responsible for proactively assessing and implementing new accounting standards.
• Responsible for the closing process, consolidation process, and reported figures until they are correct in the Group's BI system.
• Responsible for acquisition calculations in connection with acquisitions.
• Responsible for the annual report process and audit process.
• Responsible for authorization instructions.
• Responsible for leading digitization, efficiency improvements, and other change initiatives in the finance area.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience from the role of accounting manager
• Experience in personnel management
• Experience in group consolidation.
• Experience with acquisition calculations.
• Experience with various business systems and consolidation tools is an advantage.
• Experience with IFRS.
