Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Accounting Manager to a service company based near Linköping. The role involves stepping in at short notice to take responsibility for the department's day-to-day operations and participating in the transformation of the finance function.
Main duties
- Personnel responsibility for 10 employees
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the group level
- Handling of transfer pricing and eliminations
- Contacts with banks, tax authorities, the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and auditors
- Investigations, analyses, and development projects
- Report package for management & board
To be eligible for the role, you must
- Solid experience as Accounting Manager/Head of Accounting (group)
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to communicate in a way that both employees and management understand
- That you enjoy development and change
- Experience of acquisition processes is an advantage
