Interim Search has been trusted to appoint an Interim Quality Engineer for a company based in Sweden and Poland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate store audits conducted by public authorities and support market surveillance activities.
- Collect and verify product quality documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and environmental requirements.
- Guide suppliers in preparing documentation, performing product testing, and sampling.
- Manage product quality claims, drive supplier improvements, and control claim-related costs.
- Lead supplier evaluations and prepare annual quality reports.
To be considered for this role:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality-related role.
- Strong knowledge of product quality measurement, regulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel as needed.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
