Interim Quality Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of activities related to product complaints and internal deviations.
• Ensure that the company's products and services meet technical specifications, comply with internal and external requirements, and adhere to relevant standards and certifications.
• Quality control and deviation management.
• Investigate and handle product complaints and internal deviations using the CAPA tool.
• Lead RCA, prepare documentation, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented and completed.
• Participate in HACCP team meetings and complete assigned tasks.
• Conduct internal audits according to a set schedule.

To be eligible for the role:

• Documented experience of quality assurance and food safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of deviation management, RCA methodology, and CAPA tools.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and internal audit processes.
• Experience with hygiene standards and environmental monitoring programs.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective measures.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Good knowledge of relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP, QDS, Salesforce).
• Ability to effectively lead meetings and training sessions.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting in mid-November and expected to last for 12 months. The work will mainly be carried out on site at the customer's premises.
