Interim Search has been tasked with recruiting an interim Project Manager with the aim of simply and efficiently reporting, controlling, and planning billable and salary-based time. The company has a turnover of around SEK 1 billion.
Main duties
- Analyze and describe existing working methods, map the current situation regarding time registration, data analysis, and management reports.
- GAP analysis regarding systems, apps, and working methods
- Describe and recommend future working methods for both technical applications and work processes and follow-up.
- The consultant should preferably be based in Gothenburg.
To be eligible for the role
- Experience of working at the intersection of IT and finance, understanding the connections between the two
- Background from companies whose business is based on running hours
- Experience with fast financial flows
- Good general system knowledge, Jeeves experience is a plus
- Experience of working with internal stakeholders
- Most likely a consultant who has carried out similar assignments previously

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last up to 6 months, starting immediately.
