Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim integration project manager for our client in Östergötland. The client has completed a major acquisition and now needs help integrating the new company culturally, operationally, and organizationally.
Main duties:
- Establish an effective matrix organization.
- Build on increasing local efforts, but link them closely to the company's overall results and goal fulfillment.
- Work closely with managers in other locations and act as their extended arm.
- Work to create a homogeneous culture and attitude with a strong sense of community and purpose.
To be eligible for the role:
- You need to have a strong background in accounting.
- Experience in driving teams forward through major change.
- Ability to work on site at the customer's premises.
- Skilled at creating a sense of security in a trustworthy manner.
About the process:
