Interim Project Manager HRM

Main duties:

• Overall responsibility for implementation of new HRM system for the group, including approx. 15 companies
• Lead and coordinate the project for the introduction of a new HRM system from start to finish, including preliminary studies, procurement, and implementation.
• You report to the HR manager and steering group.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that all project deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
• Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement that the new system can address.
• Develop and follow a detailed project plan, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Support change management and training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of HRM systems.
• Strong understanding and experience of working with various HRM systems
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 6-12 months, starting immediately.
