Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HRM Project Manager to a tech company based in Skåne.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for implementation of new HRM system for the group, including approx. 15 companies
- Lead and coordinate the project for the introduction of a new HRM system from start to finish, including preliminary studies, procurement, and implementation.
- You report to the HR manager and steering group.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that all project deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
- Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement that the new system can address.
- Develop and follow a detailed project plan, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Support change management and training to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of HRM systems.
- Strong understanding and experience of working with various HRM systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately 6-12 months, starting immediately.
