Interim HR Project Manager

Main duties:

• Drive HR digitalization and change: Lead the implementation of new digital HR solutions and coordinate nearshoring projects.
• Develop and harmonize processes: Responsible for reviewing, updating, and harmonizing HR policies, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
• Ensure standardized HR documentation: Structure and update role descriptions and standardize templates for employment contracts.
• Implement benefit and compensation strategies: Drive the harmonization of terms and benefits in Sweden and participate in the work with Job Architecture and Pay Transparency.
• Strengthen the work environment and well-being: Drive wellbeing projects and support managers in the implementation of new procedures and documentation related to the work environment.

To be eligible for the role:

• Extensive HR experience: At least 10 years of broad experience in HR work, preferably from matrix organizations or fast-growing environments.
• Proven project management skills: Experience in successfully driving complex HR projects from inception to completion.
• Good understanding of labor law: Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law.
• Structured and system-savvy: Very good ability to work in a structured manner with policies, process mapping, and documentation, and is comfortable with digital HR systems.
• Communicative and confident: Excellent communication skills and confident in dialogue with managers, colleagues, and external parties.

About the process:
