Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim project manager for a medium-sized company. The assignment involves establishing a new property management system, creating effective administrative procedures, and ensuring that the company's property and financial management is efficient, traceable, and consistent.
Main duties
- Selecting and implementing an appropriate property management system
- Ensure that all relevant information is entered into the system, with a focus on property documentation, maintenance plans, and ongoing administration.
- Train and support technical managers in how to use the system for property documentation and maintenance planning.
- Train and support the administrative teams in how the system is structured
- Follow up and ensure that the system works and is used correctly
To be eligible for the role, you must
- Good understanding of real estate economics
- Solid experience in implementing and administering property management systems
- Experience in creating order and clarity in administrative environments
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and financial teams
- Ability to work in a structured and hands-on manner
