Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim ERP Project Manager to a leading company focusing on sustainable energy solutions for the residential and commercial property market, based in Stockholm or remotely.
Background
The company is running a project that aims to incorporate all of the group's companies into a common platform for sales support, CRM, assignment/resource planning, and is looking for a technical project manager to drive this forward. The system is already partially in place within the group, but for the majority of the group's employees, the project will involve a system change. In connection with the introduction, they will also adapt and further develop the system together with the system supplier. The customer therefore needs a combination of support for project management of development/adaptation, but also for implementation and change management.
Main duties
- Responsible for project management and coordination of work related to both adaptation and functional development of the system and rollout of the system to the Group's companies.
- Be the main contact person for the system supplier in matters concerning adaptation and functional development, as well as training and rollout.
- Be the main contact person for the Group's companies and their representatives during development and implementation, and ensure good communication, dialogue, and involvement in the project.
- Ensure information flow and coordination with the person responsible for Migration & Integration and with the main project manager for the project.
- Ensure progress and cost levels in accordance with schedule and budget
- Identifying and managing risks and challenges
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant technical background
- Experience of project management in a relevant field/industry
- Ability to understand and contribute to improving processes and systems
- Strong ability to build and maintain good relationships, both within the project team and in the rest of the organization
- Enjoy working with people at different levels and have the ability to move freely between large and small companies
- Experience with business systems for the craftsman or installation industry is an advantage.
- Experience of projects in sales/sales development is also an advantage.
About the process:
The assignment is for 50%, starting immediately and lasting for 12 months. Travel between the various companies located throughout Sweden will be required.
