Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Commercial Project Manager to an international company headquartered in Värmland.
Main duties:
- Promote initiatives to enhance sales culture
- Responsible for setting KPIs related to sales
- Follow up on sales activities and pipeline
- Identify and address factors affecting profitability
- Be present at the mills and collaborate with management at each site
- Prepare and hold follow-up meetings
To be eligible for the role:
- Background from management consulting firm
- Experience in building a sales culture
- Proven track record in sales management
- Experience in leading projects
- Experience of reporting-intensive environments
- Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Ability to be on site in Värmland 2-3 days a week
About the process:
