Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Project Controller to a construction company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Financial planning and monitoring: budgeting, forecasting, analysis of financial results, profitability analyses, cost control.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Financial analysis and advice: providing decision-making support, identifying business risks, contributing to strategic planning.
To be eligible for the role:
- Solid experience in financial management, accounting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in leadership and personnel management.
- Experience working with financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Higher education in economics, accounting, or equivalent.
About the process:
The assignment is for 100%, starting immediately and expected to last for approximately 6 months. Candidates will be presented to the client on an ongoing basis. Interviews with the client company will take place during the selection process.
