Interim Technical Project Manager

The customer is preparing for its certification and therefore needs consultancy support:
– ISO9001 1st surveillance audit in November 2023
– IATF 16949 certification audit for next year 2024 (date not yet fixed)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing the organization and the management team for both of the above events.
• Training and development of internal auditors (ISO 9001 and IATF16949).
• Supporting the development of a robust and flexible management system based on the company's identity, mission, and vision.
• Revealing potential gaps that will lead the company forward.
• When needed, has the ability to challenge our business, the customer, and the certification bodies.
• Build a strong quality mindset within the company through training and events.
• Building the necessary documentation.
• Improve the Document Management System.

To be eligible for the role:

• Senior experience as Project Manager/Quality Manager
• Documented experience, with references, from working with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Experience from the automotive industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and starts as soon as possible and is expected to last for 6 months to start with.

The locations are at three destinations, and travel will be necessary.

Approximately: 70% in Skellefteå, 20% in Västerås, and 10% in Stockholm.
