Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Program Manager for an international company based in Gothenburg. The duties include program and project management in the areas of purchasing, logistics, HR, and finance.
Main duties
- Define the project's problems, goals, and desired effects
- Define scope through structured stakeholder analyses and requirements gathering
- Identify risks and obstacles and drive solutions that secure time and budget
- Coordinate multiple parallel projects and dependencies at the portfolio level
- Building relationships, anchoring decisions, and managing stakeholders at all levels
To be eligible for the role, you must
- At least 10 years of experience in program/project management
- Experience of running complex and business-critical projects
- Solid experience of leadership in complex business environments
- Some form of certification in project management is an advantage
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Swedish and English
