Interim produktionsplanerare

Main duties:

• Plan production in all planning groups and departments.
• Forecasting
• Approve and confirm standing orders.
• Ongoing customer contact and monitoring of orders in production.
• Handle material orders and monitor their delivery.
• Provide production with accurate detailed planning documentation and priority lists.
• Register and confirm customer orders and forecasts.
• Register and order purchases based on manufacturing needs
• Add manufacturing order
• Ensure capacity, occupancy, and material flows

Who we are looking for:

• Du är en erfaren planerare, helst med erfarenhet från den tillverkande industrin
• You are structured and responsible and have the ability to juggle many tasks at once.
• You remain calm in stressful situations and are adept at managing numerous internal and external contacts.
• You are a proficient user of MS Office, including Excel, and you have solid experience in using business systems and their functions.
• Du behärskar både svenska och engelska
• Det är meriterande om du har en utbildning inom logistik och en bakgrund från underleverantörs-branschen
• Experience with Monitor as a business system is an advantage.
