Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an experienced and driven Interim Production Manager to an established company in Gävleborg.
This is a key role in which you will have full responsibility for leading and developing day-to-day production work. Your task is to ensure that the business achieves its goals in terms of quality, efficiency, delivery reliability, and working environment. You will be responsible for a team of around 30 employees and will report to the production manager.
Main areas of work
- Production responsibility: Lead and follow up on daily production work, optimize flows, and ensure that goals are achieved. Responsible for resource allocation and planning.
- Personnel responsibility: Lead, motivate, and develop employees within the production unit. Lead development discussions, handle staffing issues, scheduling, and absence management.
- Work environment responsibility: Responsible for ensuring compliance with work environment legislation and internal procedures. Conduct active work environment efforts in collaboration with safety representatives and HR.
To be eligible for the role
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience of leadership in production.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and systematic occupational health and safety work (SAM).
- Ability to lead, engage, and develop employees.
- Experience of improvement work is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
About the assignment
The assignment is expected to last approximately six months on a full-time basis, starting immediately, based in Gävleborg.
About the process
We will present candidates at the end of week 40, and customer interviews will be held on the following days.
