Interim Production Manager

Main responsibilities:;

• Reports to the Unit Manager and participates in the local management team
• Manage production (50 employees) through three directly reporting production managers
• Responsibility for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you and the production team deliver
• Drive change and improvement efforts to increase quality, safety, and efficiency
• Develop and implement procedures and key performance indicators
• Manage employment, requirements, and staffing planning
• Adopt food safety as a top priority
• Work environment issues
• Contact with suppliers and authorities

To be eligible for the role;

• Documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility in food production operations
• A modern and situation-adapted leadership style
• Ability to plan and structure work effectively
• Ability to lead and distribute work, and to translate well-considered decisions into action
• Good knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety
• Good IT skills (Office365)
• Relevant educational background

The assignment is full-time, expected to last for 6 months, with immediate start date.
