Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Production Manager to a manufacturing company based in Västerås. The company is part of a Swedish group.
As Production Manager, you report to the CEO and also have frequent contact with the Group Manager for Production and Logistics.
Main duties
- Lead and develop employees and the business forward
- Create conditions for a good climate of cooperation
- Responsible for driving change initiatives
- Personnel manager for around 30 employees
- You report to the CEO and are part of the management team.
Who we are looking for:
- You have solid experience as a production manager in a manufacturing company.
- You have experience working in production systems
- You are committed, unpretentious, and driven, and have experience leading change.
- You are communicative, attentive, and find it easy to build good relationships.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last nine months, starting as soon as possible. Candidate presentations and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis with the client company.
