We are looking for a driven and hands-on leader who can take charge of production, motivate teams, and create structure to ensure that the business delivers according to plan. Every day.
Main job supplements
- Manage and monitor production with a focus on delivery, quality, and efficiency
- Support and coordinate the work with shift supervisors
- Ensure staffing and resource planning
- Handling deviations, production disruptions
- Drive daily improvement and structure in working methods and processes
- Ensure that occupational health and safety procedures are followed
To be eligible for the role, you must
- Solid experience of operational leadership in the manufacturing industry
- Clear, present, and decisive leadership
- Focus on daily delivery, quality, production efficiency, and problem solving
- Opportunities to be 100% on site
- Preferably a background in mechanical engineering
