Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Manager for a process industry in Norrbotten.
As production manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading, planning, and optimizing production with the aim of achieving the highest possible safety, efficiency, quality, and cost control. You will drive continuous improvements in production processes, while promoting and developing a safe and motivating work environment. The job requires 4 days on site per week. The company will cover accommodation and commuting costs.

To be eligible for the role, you must
- Senior personality
- Experience leading other managers
- >10 years of experience as a production manager
- Experience in preventive maintenance
- Experience of systematic occupational health and safety work
About the process
The assignment is full-time, starting in October, and is expected to last for approximately 12 months.
