Interim Production Manager

Main responsibilities:;

• Reports to the Plant Manager and takes an active role in the management team
• Budget and personnel responsibility for six (6) direct reports and a total of +100 employees
• Primarily responsible for ensuring that production meets set targets and delivers according to the production plan, with a focus on the end customer. 
• Leads and develops employees and operations, and ensures high standards in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.

To be eligible for the role;

• +/- 10 years of experience as Production/Operations Manager or equivalent with personnel responsibility in industrial manufacturing companies, preferably within building materials
  
• Experience in leading change and continuous improvement (LEAN)
• Experience of working in companies with international connections/ownership
• Strong business acumen with a good understanding of figures and KPIs
• As a person, you are driven, results-oriented, communicative, relationship-building, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

About the process;

The assignment will start in April/May, is full-time, and is planned to last for 6-9 months. The client would like the interim consultant to also be open to long-term employment.

We will present candidates on April 8, and interviews with the client company will be conducted on April 10.
