Interim Production Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for occupational health and safety and environmental work in the production department and comply with laws, agreements, regulations, and policies. Put health and safety first in every situation.
• Responsible for ensuring that incident reporting and corrective measures are handled in accordance with applicable procedures
• Lead the development of the unit's employees, work processes, and the development of the production facility
• Responsible for drawing up the production budget and following up on it
• Responsible for decisions and improvements in production issues, quality, methods, resources, and organization
• Actively participate and contribute to management work
• Act as project owner/project manager within your own area of work 
• Coordination with other units within the company to ensure an efficient flow and holistic perspective in the business.

To be eligible for the role:

• Experience of leading and managing strategic and process-oriented work and a strong track record of driving systematic improvement work
• Very good knowledge of managing production operations
• Results-oriented and communicative team player with good leadership skills
• Ability to switch between strategic and operational tasks and achieve results through inclusive leadership
• Change leader, responsive and unpretentious, with the ability to develop positive relationships and build trust
• Civil engineering or university education with a focus on mechanical engineering or other relevant comparable education and experience

About the assignment:
