Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Manager to an innovative textile manufacturing company in Borås. In the role of Interim Production Manager, you will lead and develop production.
Main duties:
- Lead and engage operators in production.
- Increase productivity and efficiency.
- Delegate and develop the team.
- Member of the company's management team, reports to the CEO.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experienced production manager.
- Background in production and manufacturing environments, preferably in small to medium-sized companies.
- Accustomed to leading people and creating strong teams.
- Communicative, engaging, and engineering-driven.
- Comfortable to dive right into the business, operationally.
About the process:
The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last approximately 6 months, starting in early November.
