Interim Site Manager

In the role of Interim Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the continued implementation of a land/construction project that is already underway. Your responsibilities will include planning, purchasing, and project implementation in terms of quality, time, and finances. As a leader, you will support and inspire your colleagues and build a team that enjoys working together and works efficiently.

Main responsibilities/tasks:

• Planning and implementation of the project.
• Preparation of schedule and project budget.
• Financial responsibility in the project.
• Systematic occupational health and safety work.
• Work environment responsibility for staff and subcontractors.
• Ongoing dialogue with third parties, authorities, and clients.
• Contract issues with customers.
• Manage staff.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in the construction industry and has previously held the position of Site Manager/Project Manager or equivalent.
• BAS-U with at least 5 years of experience.
• An experienced and competent leader with a strong ability to create a good working environment for employees.
• Has good knowledge of AMA, MER, and AB/ABT.
• At least has a B driver's license.
• Training in concrete class I-U is an advantage.
• Previous experience working on road, quay, or bridge projects is an advantage.

About the process:
