Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Site Manager for an international company operating in the field of foundation engineering.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for coordinating contractors and planning foundation projects
- Production responsibility including finances, scheduling, and coordination of resources in projects
- Participate in tender procedures together with the Operations Manager and the Calculation Department
- Lead project staff and be responsible for the work environment
- Hold construction meetings and follow up on project implementation
- Ensuring quality and environmental requirements
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in Construction
- Leadership experience and project management experience
- BAS-U
- Knowledge of AB, ABT, and AMA
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting in Q1 2026, and is expected to last for 1-6 months, after which it will transition into permanent employment with the company.
