Interim Change Manager/Project Manager

In the role of interim change manager/project manager, you will assist with all of the company's construction projects. You will support the existing project manager and drive through final documentation, maintain good customer relations, and be a hands-on manager with good prioritization skills. You will report to the Deputy CEO.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Change management
• Responsible for and conducting dialogue with customers
• Responsible for issues relating to safety and the working environment
• Responsible for project finances and scheduling
• Ensure production and documentation

To be eligible for the role:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry
• At least 5 years' experience as a project manager/works manager in construction
• Experience from major infrastructure projects
• Clear, confident, and communicative in your leadership

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for 6 months on a full-time basis, starting immediately. The work will be carried out on site.

We will present candidates on September 28, and interviews with the client company will be held the following day.
