Interim Head of Operations Logistics

Main duties:

• Support team leaders in managing and planning daily operations.
• Play a central role in leading and following up on the department's work to ensure that it meets its set goals.
• Coach and motivate employees and be responsible for the department's work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Budget for the department.
• Recruitment and induction of new employees.
• Responsibility for development lies with the individual and the manager who sets the salary.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration to solve problems across functional boundaries.

To be current in the role:

• Experience of structured improvement work or similar.
• Post-secondary education in, for example, logistics or production, or experience in a similar position.
• Previous work in a senior position with personnel responsibility.
• Worked with diversity and LEAN.
• Decision-making and judgment, as well as initiative and independence.
• You have good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good analytical skills.
• Results-oriented.
• Building relationships and effective communication.

About the process: 

The assignment is full-time and is expected to start immediately. The assignment has an estimated duration of approximately 4-6 months, and the consultant is expected to be on site full-time.
