Interim Operational Purchaser

As Interim Operational Purchaser, you will be part of a purchasing team of three people. You will report to the Purchasing Manager.

Main duties

• You plan and execute call-offs against call-off contracts.
• You follow up on purchases and monitor deliveries until products arrive at the warehouse (right quality, right time, right price).
• You ensure that invoices for delivered raw materials are recorded in connection with the month-end closing.
• You work closely with others in the purchasing team.
• You ensure that the finance department receives delivery forecasts on an ongoing basis.
• You work closely with the company's sales team (regarding delivery schedules, delays, etc.).

Who we are looking for:

• You have 3-5 years of documented experience in purchasing
• You have good communication skills
• You are meticulous, responsible, and have good organizational skills.
• You are hands-on and used to working with administrative tasks.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Experience in purchasing within the food industry is an advantage.
• Experience working with the Navision system is an advantage.

About the process

The assignment is for 100% full-time. Start date is immediate, and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
