Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Marketing and Sales Manager to a manufacturing company with a turnover of billions, good profitability, and approximately 50 employees.

As Interim Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for just over 10 employees in Marketing and Sales. You will report to the CEO.

 

Main duties

  • Develop goals and an action plan for the department, budget, and monitor the department's finances.
  • Staffing, employee reviews, salary reviews, skills development, etc.
  • Develop customer business, sales strategy, and department procedures.
  • Develop services and create and implement action plans for processing and activities aimed at the company's most strategically important customers and key customer categories (B2B and B2C).
  • Develop short- and long-term sales forecasts.
  • Propose prices and be responsible for designing and communicating pricing models for deliveries, calculation models, price lists, negotiations in the event of price changes, annual NKI (SKI)
  • Draft standard contracts and take commercial responsibility for the content of contracts with new customers and general terms and conditions. Manage and monitor special agreements.
  • Responsibility for internal and external communication, such as developing the brand, marketing and communication strategy, marketing, sales support, website and intranet, as well as further developing profile rules and profile manuals.
  • Responsibility for the structure and content of the company's intranet and website.
  • Act as the company's press spokesperson in consultation with the CEO.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • You have experience as a marketing and sales manager for some form of complex technical solutions, e.g., infrastructure projects, construction projects, real estate projects, the energy sector, installation projects.
  • You have solid experience as a human resources manager with well-developed leadership skills.
  • You have a strategic streak, but also enjoy being operationally involved in the business.
  • You are a strong communicator and have a command of spoken and written Swedish (equivalent to native speaker level).
  • You are service-oriented
  • You have experience in media management
  • You have an academic background or equivalent

 

About the process

The assignment is for 100% full-time. Start date is September 4 or September 11 at the latest, and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
