Interim M&A Manager

Main duties:

• Responsible for M&A activities for the Swedish market
• Valuation and project management of DD processes, from bid to signing
• Manage and consolidate transactions, including summarization and negotiation

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of relevant work experience
• Technically proficient, particularly in Excel and PPT
• Operational team that drives things through
• Experience of progressive profit calculation is considered highly desirable.

About the process:

The assignment starts in March and will continue throughout 2025. The time commitment will vary between full-time and part-time.
