Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Payroll Specialist & Administrator to a manufacturing company located in Västernorrland County.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Manage monthly salary payments, deductions, bonuses, and overtime compensation in Sweden and the Nordic region. A total of approximately 500 salaries.
- Collect, calculate, and enter data to update payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and stay up to date with legislation.
- Handle salary issues and provide concrete and prompt feedback.
- If necessary, submit salary reports and summaries to management.
- Provide support in preparing tax returns and year-end closing related to payroll.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Relevant education in economics/payroll.
- Solid experience in interpreting and applying complex salary rules and guidelines.
- Good knowledge of Excel and payroll systems (Agda and Visma are a plus).
- Cooperative and good communication skills.
- Meticulous, detailed, and solution-oriented.
About the process:
