Interim Payroll Consultant

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive salary
• Extract time files from time system
• Import files from the time system to the Agda payroll system
• Open the salary in the payroll system
• Enter salaries manually
• Performing various checks in the payroll run
• Enter travel expenses manually and check that everyone has transferred from Agda Expense.
• Print out certification lists
• Close the salary
• Add new employees to the payroll system from Oneflow
•  The Enforcement Authority, Report to the Enforcement Authority and enter into the payroll system
•  Social Insurance Agency
• Employer certificate
• SCB various statistics
• Retrieve sickness statistics
• Withdraw and submit AGI to the Tax Agency
• Respond to salary questions via email
• Permission set in Agda, Internal Tjm
• Adding cars to the payroll system
• Salary scale according to the collective agreement
• Comp balance is adjusted in Time every month
• Coins – F-girot Change reporting

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in payroll work.
• Good understanding of the entire payroll process.
• At least a post-secondary education in payroll administration.
• Experience with collective agreements and a broad perspective.
• Experience working with improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Experience with the Agda payroll system and familiarity with Oneflow, Trello, Excel, Time Personec, and Intelliplan are advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and has good spoken and written English.

About the process:

The assignment will start no later than the end of June and is expected to last for approximately six months, with the possibility of extension. Some time off during July is possible.
