Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Payroll Administrator for a project based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for handling approximately 40 salaries
- Contact and support for managers and employees in salary matters
- Support the finance manager with simple day-to-day financial tasks
- System administration
The person we are looking for:
- Experience in payroll administration
- Good understanding of the payroll process and basic financial work
- As a person, you are driven and structured, and have good collaborative skills.
- Previous experience working in a project environment is an advantage.
- Experience with Kontek payroll systems is an advantage.
About the process:
The position is part-time (approx. 50% FTE) and is expected to last for 12 months, starting in November. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews will be held shortly thereafter.
