Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Local Supply Strategist to a healthcare company based in Stockholm. The position reports to the Property Manager. The Facility Management department works broadly within management and operations and acts as the organization's extended arm between property managers and clinical operations.
Main duties:
- Act as the purchaser of tenant adaptations to varying degrees.
- Responsible for managing technical systems in buildings that are not the responsibility of the property owner.
- Responsible for developing short- and long-term plans for how the organization can best utilize its existing premises.
- Be the link and contact person between healthcare operations, project activities, and hospital management.
- Responsible for premises supply issues and the use of premises, both in the short, medium, and long term.
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant academic degree.
- Experience in strategic local planning and in independently developing local supply plans.
- Experienced presenter with excellent administrative skills.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Experience in running projects.
- Experience in implementing system support for local planning.
- Experience of local planning and relocation projects in large, complex organizations.
- Experience of change management.
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
About the process:
