Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Local Customs and Compliance Manager to a billion-dollar company in the manufacturing industry.
Main duties:
- Check and ensure that the company's imports and exports comply with laws and regulations
- Customs handling, contact person for customs authorities
- Ensure proper document management
- Implement the Group's policies and procedures at the local level
- Act as an expert and sounding board in the business within the area
- The position reports to the transport manager and management team.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience in customs and trade compliance
- Many years of experience in international industry and trade
- Solid knowledge of laws and regulations in the field, such as trade rules and international customs regulations
- Good understanding of, among other things, free trade agreements and HS code classification
- You have strong communication skills, are well-organized, and results-driven.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Swedish
About the process:
