Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Legal Counsel to a reputable and successful company that delivers scalable and flexible HR solutions. You will be an important part of a small legal department and will have the opportunity to work closely with the sales and delivery teams. The assignment can be carried out at any location in Sweden.
Main duties:
- Commercial law issues related to new sales, delivery, and completion.
- Commercial agreements, confidentiality agreements, and license agreements.
- Negotiating with customers and suppliers.
- Risk management and contract interpretation.
- Contribute to internal processes and guidelines in the legal field.
- Be an accessible and positive resource for colleagues throughout the organization.
To be eligible for the role:
- Law degree
- At least 5 years of experience in business law.
- Experience in the IT or service sector is desirable.
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- A cheerful and pleasant personality.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately at 50% and is expected to continue until December 31, 2025.
