Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Learning & Development Specialist to a rapidly growing company based in Stockholm.
In this role, you will play a central role in coordinating and administering both internal and external training courses – from the planning phase to implementation.

You are motivated by creating order, efficiency, and high quality in learning processes, and you see continuous improvement from a strategic perspective as a natural part of your work.
Main duties:
- Plan and coordinate training courses, including booking speakers and participants
- Administer and provide support for the education system
- Prepare presentation materials, instructions, and educational resources
- Attend training courses and ensure that they are conducted in a professional manner
- Use your expertise to manage the work and ensure that it is carried out in an efficient, smooth, and cost-effective manner.
To be eligible for the role:
- Background from a similar role in education coordination or Learning & Development
- Strong administrative skills and a natural sense of structure
- Good communication skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Independent and responsible with the ability to see the big picture
- Experience in the auditing industry and an understanding of the educational requirements that apply there are highly desirable.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 3-6 months. The assignment will be carried out at the office in the Stockholm area with good flexibility to work hybrid.
