Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Warehouse Manager for a company in western Skåne.
Main duties:
- Responsible for operations and personnel management with a focus on efficiency and development.
- Responsible for transport issues and acting as a contact person for external distributors.
- Continuously work with budget and cost optimization as well as financial control.
- Continuous improvements to ensure that operations are adapted to new conditions.
- Continuous business and operational development, as well as leading and driving change initiatives to optimize operations.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar management roles within warehouse and/or logistics operations with varying staffing requirements.
- Experience of leading operational activities in direct and indirect management roles, as well as change management.
- Experience in negotiations with external customers and suppliers is advantageous.
- Experience from customer- and sales-oriented operations and understanding of budgets, KPIs, and follow-up.
- Self-motivated and operational, able to create routines and structure where these are lacking or need to be changed.
- Spoken and written English.
About the assignment:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The work will be carried out on site.
