Interim Warehouse Manager

• Responsible for operations and personnel management with a focus on efficiency and development.
• Responsible for transport issues and acting as a contact person for external distributors.
• Continuously work with budget and cost optimization as well as financial control.
• Continuous improvements to ensure that operations are adapted to new conditions.
• Continuous business and operational development, as well as leading and driving change initiatives to optimize operations.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience in similar management roles within warehouse and/or logistics operations with varying staffing requirements.
• Experience of leading operational activities in direct and indirect management roles, as well as change management.
• Experience in negotiations with external customers and suppliers is advantageous.
• Experience from customer- and sales-oriented operations and understanding of budgets, KPIs, and follow-up.
• Self-motivated and operational, able to create routines and structure where these are lacking or need to be changed.
• Spoken and written English.

About the assignment:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months. The work will be carried out on site.
