Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Quality Manager to a manufacturing company in Västmanland County. The assignment involves acting as a catalyst for quality work at both an operational and strategic level.
Main duties
- Follow-up and analysis of deviations
- Corrective and preventive activities
- Follow-up of quality deficiency costs
- Evaluation of systems & processes
- Conduct training courses
To be eligible for the role
- More than 5 years of experience in the role of quality manager in manufacturing companies
- Solid experience in both operational and strategic quality work
- Teaching skills and experience in training staff
- Be able to be on site at the customer's premises 5 days a week
About the process
