Interim Group Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a senior group accounting manager with experience from companies with a high volume of transactions. The group consists of 12 people and you will have personnel responsibility for two senior employees within internal control and business control. The group accounting manager reports to the CFO.

Main duties:

• Responsible for group accounting and consolidation, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead and coordinate the external audit process at group level.
• Participate in acquisitions and ensure that acquisition balances are reflected correctly.
• Drive and develop processes and systems for consolidated accounting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles at group and company level (IFRS).

• You have many years of experience in consolidated accounting in transaction-rich, global companies.
• You are a confident leader.
• You have experience with IFRS.
• You are a self-motivated doer who delivers and takes initiative.
• You are a communicative and unpretentious team player.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
• Experience with the Aaro group reporting system is an advantage.
