Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Commercial Manager to a property management company.
Main duties:
- Responsible for customer relations, handling fault reporting procedures, and updating customer communications.
- Develop and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Participate in the leasing process from vacancy to leased premises, conduct needs analyses, and negotiate lease agreements.
- Support in the preparation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the properties.
- Participate in financial decisions, investment decisions, and project administration.
- Develop the property portfolio and create sales materials for vacant properties.
To be eligible for the role:
- University or college education in a technical or economic field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of real estate economics, rental legislation, and rental law.
- Experience working with business issues related to property management.
- A developed interest in doing business and creating long-term customer relationships.
- Good market knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- B driver's license.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to start immediately. The assignment has an estimated duration of approximately 9 months, and the consultant is expected to be on site full-time.
