Interim Key Account Manager

You will work to drive sales and profitability for well-known, established brands, as well as driving the establishment of new brands in the market, from business case to availability in stores. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing cooperation with the company's customers to create new opportunities for profitable growth.

Main duties:

• Develop and nurture customer partnerships through joint business planning, scorecards, and category projects.
• Be an expert on the market and customers, both internally and in relation to the customer's brand owners.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify, plan, and execute new growth initiatives.
• Responsible for listing, distribution, shelf space, pricing, and promotions.
• Based on the above, create an annual activity plan in consultation with the client's marketing department and brand owners, containing, for example, news launches and campaigns.
• Support internal functions, brand managers, and field sales representatives to deliver on the activity plan and achieve set targets, as well as plan, execute, and lead customer negotiations.

Qualifications for the role:

• Experience from a similar position within FMCG in the grocery retail, service retail, or pharmacy sector.
• Independent user of the Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Post-secondary education in economics, sales, marketing, or similar.
• Has a positive attitude and sees opportunities rather than problems.
• Has analytical skills, is customer-oriented, commercially minded, and has entrepreneurial skills.

About the process:
