Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim IT Coach to a world-leading manufacturing company in its industry. The assignment is part-time and is estimated to be 1-2 days a week for a two-month period.
As Interim IT Coach, you will support the operations manager and organization on a part-time basis for a period of approximately two months.
Main duties:
- Map and evaluate the organization and work on developing and changing structures, routines, processes, etc.
- Together with the Chief Operating Officer, review the distribution of roles within the global organization.
- Act as a mentor and coach to carry out a number of activities within infrastructure/security.
- Develop schedules and work on setting priorities for continued work going forward in the short and long term, both operationally and in ongoing projects.
- Review and plan for long-term, effective skills provision within the department.
To be eligible for the position, you must have many years of experience in a similar role within a global organization. You are a confident manager and leader who is accustomed to leading through other managers.
About the process:
The assignment is estimated to take 1-2 days per week, starting immediately and lasting for a period of approximately two months. At the start of the assignment, you must be able to be physically present in Gävle, but after that, the majority of the assignment hours can be performed remotely.
